Arkaia's inception began as a lifelong passion for the environment and a deep respect for science and innovation. Ever since I was a young boy, I found myself waking up early on Saturday mornings to watch National Geographic or heading out into the woods with my friends to explore the hidden wonders of nature or visiting my home island of Puerto Rico and witnessing all its natural beauty. Those moments sparked a sense of curiosity and awe for the natural world that has stayed with me ever since.

With a background in technology, I’ve seen firsthand how constant innovation in these fields can create powerful solutions. At the same time, my love for the environment, and the urgency of today’s global challenges, made it clear that this innovation could and should be directed toward protecting our planet.

Through prayer and much reflection, I found clarity. The result of which: A purpose-driven innovation company dedicated to creating solutions across multiple fields, from agriculture and renewable energy to biodiversity loss, and climate change. We strive to merge technological innovation with environmental sciences to advance conservation and human health worldwide.
